Hello, Charleston. Let's get you back on your feet.
At the practice of Aaron L Sop, we combine advanced podiatric medicine with the kind of personal attention that makes every visit feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares.
A practice built on patience, precision, and listening first.
Podiatry is more than treating feet — it's about restoring the foundation that lets you move through life without thinking about it. That's what drew me to this specialty, and it's what guides every patient interaction at our Charleston practice.
From common heel pain and nail concerns to complex surgical cases, each condition is approached with the same standard: thorough evaluation, honest communication about your options, and a treatment plan that fits your life — not the other way around.
Surgical and non-surgical care for every foot and ankle condition.

Listen carefully
Your symptoms, your history, and your goals matter. We take the time to understand what's affecting your daily life before recommending anything.
Explain clearly
No jargon, no pressure. You'll understand your diagnosis, all available options, and the reasoning behind each recommendation — so you can make confident decisions.
Treat the person
A foot condition doesn't exist in isolation. We consider your activity level, work demands, and overall health to create a plan that actually fits your life.
